We at Morningstar, however, see great potential for the church. One of the many ways and perhaps the best way to reach our fullest potentials is by educating ourselves, and training up to be workmen after God’s own heart. It is of no surprise to us that the early 60’s brought about a seriously rapid decline in the country and an incalculable amount of threats to the church loom on the horizon to this day because of the one singular event that took place back then..., the removal of prayer in public schools.

Apathy, born in ignorance to the Word of God is how America arrived in it’s mess. Our church motto states:

To bring people to Jesus and membership in His family, develop them to Christ like maturity, and equip them for ministry in the church and life mission in the world, in order to magnify God's name.

This can only be accomplished when we first train ourselves and set out to turn against the tides of apathy and our irreverent society. That’s why we have developed this webpage. To bring to you some extremely valuable tools to equip yourselves with while we take on that task.

With the rising costs of living we are sometimes hard-pressed to be able to come up with the spare change, let alone the spare time to get greatly involved in the study of God's Word. Personal libraries are sometimes too cumbersome for a casual study, and reading those all too often very large and oversized print editions prove to be a task too.

It is our intent to remedy that notion.

We here at Morningstar Baptist have decided to provide you with quality electronic resources designed with the layman at heart and yet able enough for the skilled theologian to be able to capitalize on and take full advantage of the extremely powerful medium that electronic Bible study has to offer. Studying God’s Word has never been so lightweight. Without further ado we present to you this download page.
